Temperature Control System
Maintaining a constant temperature in the incubator is an important factor in maintaining the healthy growth of cells. Therefore, an accurate and reliable temperature control system is an indispensable part of the incubator.
The Heal Force incubator adopts advanced control technology and high-quality control components. The main heating system has two heating modes: normal/slow. The slow heating mode can adapt to the environment with higher room temperature and has an independent over-temperature alarm function. When the temperature in the chamber is 1°C higher than the incubation temperature, the main heating system of the incubator will be cut off, and the sound and light alarm will be activated at the same time to realize stable and reliable control of the temperature in the chamber.
Carbon dioxide concentration control system
The carbon dioxide measurement system is prone to drift after being used for a period of time, which will cause the carbon dioxide concentration in the box to not stabilize at the set value, resulting in culture failure. In order to improve this situation, the Heal Force Likang incubator has added an “AUTO-start” automatic start function. The automatic calibration function keeps the CO2 concentration in a more accurate and stable state, ensuring that the CO2 concentration does not produce positive or negative drift.
Microbial contamination is also an important factor leading to the failure of cell culture.
